Brighton — New Architectural House This house was designed by the Architect and built for her to live in. It incorporates cutting-edge design and contemporary features and we met all of her exacting requirements. "Thank you for building us a great house. It’s an absolute beauty. You should be proud" Wai Leng & Valerie.
South Yarra – Executive Rental Refurbishment The client was disillusioned with her previous Builder and came to us to carry out an extensive refurbishment to attract an executive rental. This Architect designed refurbishment included an attic space converted into a bedroom, powder room and studio. In addition, a void was created into the attic space with a feature stair.
Kew – Refurbished Large Traditional Family House This client was impressed by a refurbishment we carried out for their son and asked us to carry out an extensive upgrade of their home. All design work was done by PM&R in conjunction with the client’s input. This major refurbishment was a great success.
Malvern East– House Renovation and Refurbishment This was a family home with two teenage sons that required a contemporary makeover including new bathrooms. All design work was done by PM&R in conjunction with the client and the end result was outstanding.
Hawthorn East – Refurbishment and Addition This transformation of a period Victorian house proves that you don’t have to demolish and start again to create a terrific dwelling. The cleverly Architect designed addition was sympathetic to the period features of the existing house and the result is a truly seamless, spacious home that is a joy to live in.
